Job summary

IG Wealth Management is seeking a winter-term Intern for 2027 to support the Corporate Platforms - Finance, Data and Reporting team. You will help design data loading jobs, generate reports, and apply AI to improve workflows.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a post-secondary program in Data Science, Computer Science, Management Analytics, Statistics or similar field.
  • Strong interest in learning about and using AI; experience with Google Gemini or Microsoft Copilot is a plus.
  • Knowledge of SQL, Python, and Git; ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

  • Designing and developing jobs that load datasets, reports and analysis for operational and strategic initiatives
  • Leveraging AI to automate work and increase efficiencies
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure models/solutions can be deployed
  • Participate in analysis, development, testing, implementation and documentation of datasets and data models
