Canada Packers is seeking a Logistics Leader to oversee all facility logistics, shipping, and receiving, coordinating with cross-functional teams to move product on and off site. Qualifications

5+ years in a unionized environment with progressive responsibilities.
Thorough knowledge of transportation and distribution centers.
Experience leading teams and coordinating cross-functional initiatives.
Knowledge of SAP and EWM in warehouse operations.
Familiarity with HACCP and health and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

Coordinate with drivers and manage all internal shipping and receiving activities.
Oversee material handling equipment maintenance and pallet supply.
Manage inventory activities including cycle counts and storage budgets.
Approve KRONOS payroll for hourly staff and lead recruitment decisions.
Ensure cross-border shipping compliance and Bills of Lading handling.
Represent distribution in site leadership and drive continuous improvement.
Develop annual goals and serve as primary BRC contact for warehouse.
