Job summary

Select Finishing Ltd. is seeking a Production Supervisor in Windsor, ON to oversee day-to-day manufacturing operations, lead a team of technicians and operators, ensure safety and quality, and drive continuous improvement.

The role emphasizes collaboration, training, and adherence to ISO and safety standards. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will manage workflow, analyze production data, and implement efficiency initiatives while maintaining a positive work culture and strong safety

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience in a manufacturing supervisory role.
• WHMIS 2015 training.
• Management Training and H&S Training provided.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise production employees and lead a team of technicians and operators.
• Oversee production processes for timely execution and quality compliance.
• Analyze production data to identify trends and opportunities to improve efficiency and output.
• Uphold safety protocols and regulatory requirements, conducting regular training and audits.
• Collaborate with other departments to meet production targets and improve workflows.
