What a day look like as an Windows Order Desk Clerk:

• Complete new order process within 10 business days of contract signature
• Maintain Order File Folder and management systems with all required documentation and data
• Strong time-management and multi-tasking skills, ability to process files in a time-efficient manner with little or no supervision
• Quick learner and eager attitude to expand knowledge
• Conscientious of deadlines, ability to work under pressure, flexibility to accommodate when required
• Excellent organizational skills and detail-oriented
• Discretion when dealing with confidential information
• Previous administrative work-related experience is an asset
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, consistently evolving environment
• Process customer orders in a fast-paced work environment
• High attention to detail and the ability to multitask required
• Additional administrative duties, as required

REQUIREMENTS:

• Live in greater Edmonton area or be willing to relocate
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to complete a high volume of work within deadlines
• Computer skills to utilize and maximize the capability of various MS Office software applications to enhance productivity
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced accounting environment that requires adaptability and on-the-spot problem solving
