Job summary

IT Accel, Inc. seeks a Senior Windows Engineer to develop enterprise Windows standards and automation in a financial services setting. This role also acts as a Level 3 escalation point for complex Windows infrastructure issues.

You will design deployment frameworks, create PowerShell scripts and Ansible playbooks, and collaborate with multiple teams to ensure security, patching, and compliance across the environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 experience.
• 3+ years of IT experience in the financial services industry.
• Expert-level PowerShell and advanced Ansible skills.
• Strong experience with GPO administration and troubleshooting.

• Experience with VMware vSphere, Hyper‑V, or similar virtualization platforms.
• Knowledge of Windows security, hardening, SOX, PCI‑DSS, and change management.
• Experience providing Level 3 infrastructure support.
• Cloud, container, Microsoft certification, and enterprise automation platform experience are preferred.
