Job summary

Linen Chest Inc. is seeking a Window Covering Sales and Design Consultant to visit customers in Vaughan and surrounding areas, providing expert product advice and guiding projects from concept to installation.

You will work on the road, presenting color and style options and building lifelong relationships through outstanding service. We offer commissions with potential guaranteed salary in year one, training, and support.

Qualifications

• Passion for design, sales and building lifetime customer relationships.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, customer service, and time management skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework preferred.
• In-home or outside sales experience in custom products/services or virtual selling.

Responsibilities

• Make phone calls, create and develop sales presentations for prospective customers in-person and virtually.
• Plan and organize the personal sales strategy by maximizing conversion and ROI for the territory.
• Help customers decide on color, style, texture, and functionality of window coverings.
• Return calls from customers and administration with a high sense of urgency.
• Use a system to manage contacts, appointments, and other priorities.
• Learn new product lines and processes quickly.
• Work independently and do whatever it takes to get the job done.
• Business development and looking for new sales opportunities.

Full-Time and Part-Time positions available.

As a Window covering sales and design consultant, you would be working on the road, visiting customers, in your dedicated market, offering expert advice and selling our products using innovative digital selling tools and processes that are constantly improving. We also offer the opportunity to get involved with high-level strategic and other initiatives.

• Proficiency using computer software applications and ability to learn new technology and systems.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and insurance coverage.
