Job summary

Tyax Lodge & Heliskiing in British Columbia seeks a Server/Bartender to deliver warm, personalized service with deep knowledge of our food and beverage program. You will work in a team to provide world-class dining experiences during guest meals.

Requirements include Serving It Right, 19+ years old, 2–3 years in food & beverage, and strong customer service. Benefits include subsidized accommodation, meals, end-of-season bonus, staff transfers, spa access, and opportunities to go heliskiing.

Qualifications

• Serving It Right certificate required or obtainable before starting.
• Must be of legal age (19+) to serve alcohol in BC.
• 2–3 years in food & beverage with strong service knowledge.
• Fine dining experience is a strong asset.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, personalized service as a Server/Bartender.
• Explain ingredients, wine lists and pairings to guests.
• Take drink orders and deliver to guests promptly in a team setting.
• Enter items in POS system and manage guest satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper service techniques throughout service.
