Job summary

Bell 2 Lodge in remote Northern British Columbia seeks a Front Desk Agent to be the central point of contact for guest interactions, supporting front‑of‑house operations across the property. This year‑round role spans hotel and seasonal heliskiing operations, with cross‑training in café/barista and dining room service.

The position requires a minimum of 2 years in hospitality, strong communication skills, and comfort with POS and PMS systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in hospitality, tourism, or guest services.
• Experience in remote, live-in environments is a strong asset.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• Excellent communication and professional telephone manner.
• Proficient with Google Suite and MS Office; comfortable with POS and PMS systems.
• Willing to cross-train across café/barista and dining room roles.
• Interest in outdoor adventure or alpine environments is welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, manage check-ins/outs, reservations by phone and email.
• Maintain guest records and housekeeping reports.
• Provide personalized guest service and respond to requests.
• Assist cafe/barista operations and dining room service.
• Process transactions and handle cash using POS/PMS.
• Support retail/gift shop and maintain cleanliness.
• Collaborate with departments to ensure seamless guest experience.
• Maintain knowledge of lodge operations and local information.
• Uphold safety procedures during winter season.
