Zusammenfassung

Reyes Family of Businesses seeks a Health, Safety and Quality professional to manage WHS, QA and environmental compliance at the Distribution Centre. You will drive audits, training, incident investigations, and corrective actions to meet standards.

Lead the Joint Health and Safety Committee and ensure documentation, records, and corrective actions are completed on time. Travel may be required and a post-offer background check is performed.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of technical experience or High School Diploma and 7+ years of related experience.
• Health and Safety program experience, QA experience and/or Courson or Velocity an asset.
• Strong communication and ability to train across organizational levels.
• Travel required: less than 10%.
• Post-offer background and drug test required.

Aufgaben

• Implement the WHS system and assist with changes and training.
• Investigate incidents and near misses, ensure corrective actions are taken.
• Coordinate workers' compensation claims and return-to-work plans with HR and supervisors.
• Lead Joint Health and Safety Committee and conduct WHS training as required.
• Lead internal audits and manage ISO/QA certifications (14000, 45001).
• Maintain document control and records; manage customer complaints and non-conformances.
• Identify training needs and lead programs on quality, food safety and environmental compliance.
