Job summary

Pete's Frootique is seeking an Order Picker to join our team in Bedford. You will select, pack, and prepare orders for delivery, ensuring accuracy and quality across all picks. This role supports inventory and adheres to food safety standards, contributing to a smooth, customer‑centered operation.

We value detail-oriented, reliable team players who can adapt to a fast-paced environment and learn new skills as needed. Evening, weekend, and shift flexibility may be required.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders in a timely manner.

• Communicate with customers by phone to confirm orders and provide customer service.
• Maintain organized, accurate, and efficient order fulfillment processes.
• Assist with inventory organization and stock rotation as needed.
• Follow all food safety and workplace health and safety procedures.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Support other store operations and perform additional duties as required.

What You'll Do

• Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders in a timely manner.
• Inspect products to ensure they meet Pete's high standards for freshness and quality.
• Communicate with customers by phone to confirm orders, answer questions, and provide excellent customer service.
• Maintain organized, accurate, and efficient order fulfillment processes.
• Assist with inventory organization and stock rotation as needed.
• Follow all food safety and workplace health and safety procedures.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Support other store operations and perform additional duties as required.
