Job summary

Swatch is seeking a District Manager – Trainer West to oversee Swatch retail stores across Western Canada, driving sales, elevating customer experience, and building high-performing teams. You will lead training programs and partnerships with HR, reporting to the Head of Retail Operations, with travel across Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Alberta and BC.

• Proven track record in designing and delivering training programs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across Swatch stores in Western Canada to meet sales targets.
• Lead, coach and develop store managers and retail teams.
• Design and deliver training on sales, product knowledge, and customer service.
• Analyze performance metrics and implement growth strategies.
• Manage store openings, relocations, and closures; monitor expenses.
