Job summary

Jensen Hughes is seeking a Business Development Specialist to drive inside sales across Western Canada and the Pacific Northwest from our Burnaby, BC office. The role focuses on identifying leads, engaging clients, and aligning their needs with our fire and life safety services.

You will work with a dynamic team to grow relationships and close sales without commission. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in inside sales, strong communication, and a proactive, self-motivated approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or 2+ years in Inside Sales.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
• Experience with Dynamics 365 preferred.
• Experience with GovWin/Deltek or similar gov contracts platforms preferred.
• Experience in professional services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop sales opportunities by identifying potential clients and building rapport.
• Follow up on leads and opportunities.
• Explain our services clearly to clients.
