Job summary

Saje Natural Wellness in Saskatoon is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead store operations, mentor Team Members, and ensure exceptional service aligned with our wellness philosophy.

Reporting to the Store Manager, you will drive revenue through coaching, merchandising, and community outreach, while cultivating a culture of belonging and growth. This role emphasizes people, operations, visual merchandising, and local engagement to grow the business and support our community.

Qualifications

• Leadership skills to inspire and guide team members.
• Retail experience with customer-centric service.
• Ability to motivate staff and drive store KPIs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Knowledge of wellness products is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Attract, hire, and train Team Members aligned with our wellness mission.
• Develop and retain staff through coaching and feedback.
• Partner with Store Manager on annual and quarterly plans to grow the business.
• Drive KPIs including revenue, traffic, conversions, loyalty growth and labour targets.
• Uphold merchandising standards and in-store presentation.
• Foster an environment of excellent community member service and engagement.
• Support community outreach and culture of belonging and inclusion.
