Job summary

Amazon is seeking an administrative support specialist for the Wellness Centre program in Canada. You will manage AA files, trackers, and documentation, ensuring up-to-date records across Austin, RTW, and Quip systems.

The role involves coordinating with Safety, Operations, PXT and Finance to improve wellness processes. Responsibilities include daily data maintenance, follow-ups with Senior Operations, and generating end-of-shift reports.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Work a flexible schedule, including weekends, nights, or holidays.
• Physically able to lift up to 49 pounds and stand for long shifts.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Austin and RTW Tool to maintain accurate and up-to-date AA files and documentation.
• Follow up with Senior Operations regarding outstanding paperwork pending approval.
• Update Austin, RTW, Quip Trackers and Excel files.
• Maintain records on associates on leave and their task status.
• Create and update Excel trackers and daily Quip documents.
• Communicate via email with Wellness, HR, SR Team on cases.
• Provide end-of-shift summaries to SR Team and HR.
