Amazon is seeking a Wellness Specialist to join the Workplace Health & Safety team at a fulfillment center in Alberta. The role focuses on proactive safety, ergonomics training, and injury prevention, reporting to the Site WHS Manager.

You will work closely with associates to improve movement techniques, conduct risk assessments, and support emergency care while ensuring a safe, compliant workplace.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or above in athletic therapy, human kinetics, physiotherapy, ergonomics, or kinesiology.
• Experience with an industrial wellness program.
• Experience in an occupational or industrial setting.
• Experience working with a cross functional team.

Aufgaben

• Drive injury prevention through data analysis and ergonomic interventions.
• Lead comprehensive workplace evaluations to identify hazards and reduce risk.
• Design and deliver ergonomic education that empowers associates to stay healthy.
• Partner with operations teams to integrate prevention strategies into daily workflows.
