Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in clinical counselling/psychotherapy/marriage and family therapy.
• Maintain CRPO registration as a Registered Psychotherapist (RP).
• Membership with AAMFT CACFT or equivalent supervisory eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for Tyndale Wellness Centre and supervise interns and contract therapists.
• Develop policies for clinical practice and ensure CRPO/AAMFT/CACFT standards are met.
• Recruit, supervise staff, interns, and contractors; oversee program delivery and evaluation.
• Oversee intake system development and clinical supervision processes.
• Manage data collection, reporting, and collaboration with IT for telehealth services.
• Promote programs, support revenue planning, and participate in budget discussions.
