Energy Job Shop in Edmonton AB is hiring 50 full-time Structural Welders and Structural Fitters for immediate starts on day and night shifts. These roles focus on structural steel fabrication, welding, fitting, assembly, and blueprint-driven work for large-scale projects.

Local applicants with a Blue Book are preferred. Ideal candidates will read blueprints, work safely in a fast-paced shop, and have experience with MIG and TIG welding, fabrication equipment such as plasma cutters and press

Qualifications

• Read and interpret structural blueprints, schematics, and drawings.
• Maintain safety practices in a fast-paced shop environment.
• Accurately measure and assemble components per specs.
• Demonstrate strong mechanical knowledge and tool-handling skills.
• Experience with structural welding or fitting is required.

A busy Edmonton shop is hiring 50 full-time Structural Welders and Structural Fitters for immediate starts on available day and night shifts. These roles focus on structural steel fabrication, welding, fitting, assembly, and blueprint-driven work for large-scale projects. Applicants must be local to Edmonton and must have their Blue Book. Ideal candidates are experienced structural tradespeople comfortable working safely and accurately in a fast-paced shop environment.

What you'll need:

• Must be local to Edmonton
• Must have a Blue Book
• Relevant structural welding or structural fitting experience
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
• Ability to work safely in a fast-paced shop/manufacturing environment
• Strong mechanical knowledge
• Experience using applicable hand and power tools
• Ability to perform accurate measurements and calculations
• Ability to follow workplace health and safety requirements
• Physical ability to handle the demands of structural fabrication and assembly work
• Structural Welders require proficiency in structural welding, including MIG and TIG processes
