Job summary

AFFORDABLE LIVESTOCK EQUIPMENT, a growing manufacturer near Melfort, SK, is seeking a Welder/Fabricator to join the team on straight days (7:30–4:00). You will MIG weld, press parts, load jigs, and assist with grinding and cutting. 1–2 years MIG welding experience is preferred; completion of pre-employment welding is a bonus.

Qualifications

• MIG welding experience preferred.
• Duties include MIG welding, pressing parts, loading jigs, tacking assemblies, grinding and cutting.
• Completion of pre-employment welding or equivalent experience is an asset but not a requirement.

Responsibilities

• MIG weld and fabricate components on a production line.
• Press parts and load jigs for assembly.
• Tack assemblies and perform grinding and cutting as needed.

We are current expanding our production facilities and are looking for a MIG welder/fabricator to join team. Duties include MIG welding, pressing parts, loading jigs, tacking assemblies, and grinding and cutting as needed.
Completion of pre-employment welding or equivalent experience is an asset but not a requirement.
