Job summary

Ebco Industries in Canada is seeking a skilled welder to interpret welding process specifications and operate a range of welding equipment. You will read blueprints, inspect welds, and determine material weldability on a permanent, full-time basis.

This role requires 1–2 years of welding experience, a secondary school graduation certificate, and the ability to work 40 hours per week in English. Candidates value precision and safety in a fast-paced shop environment.

Responsibilities

  • Interpret welding process specifications.

  • Read and interpret welding blueprints, drawings specifications, manuals and processes.
  • Examine welds and ensure they meet standards and/or specifications.
  • Determine weldability of materials.
  • Maintain and perform minor repairs on welding, brazing and soldering equipment.
