Cooper Equipment Rentals Limited in Ontario is seeking a welding and fabrication professional to join our shop and field teams. You will read engineered drawings, weld and repair structures and equipment, and support fleet orders.

This role requires outdoor work year-round, a valid G license, and the ability to lift 50 lbs. We offer competitive pay, benefits, tool allowance, and ongoing training in a safety‑minded, team‑oriented workplace.

Qualifications

• Valid Class G driver's license with a clean or satisfactory driver’s abstract
• Structural fitting and welding experience required
• 3+ years’ experience in welding steel and aluminum
• SMAW, GMAW and/or FCAW certifications are an asset
• CWB certification for stick welding is an asset
• Comfortable working outdoors year-round
• Rigging experience an asset
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Able to lift approximately 50 lbs
• Willing to work overtime when needed

What You’ll Be Doing

What You’ll Bring To The Team

• Structural fitting and welding experience required.

• Comfortable working outdoors year-round.
