Job summary

Reimagined Parking Inc. is hiring a Temporary Customer Service Representative for Hullmark Centre, with an afternoon shift. The role supports monthly parking customers, guests and internal teams, handling high-volume inquiries via phone and email with accuracy and courtesy.

The position runs 09/17/2026 to 10/30/2026, Monday to Friday, 3:00pm–10:00pm. Strong communication, data entry and CRM skills are essential for success in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience in a high-volume environment.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Authorized to work in Canada and able to provide documentation.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for monthly parking customers and internal stakeholders.
• Handle inbound calls, emails and written correspondence per SLA.
• Resolve inquiries and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
• Assist with account setup, maintenance and web platform navigation.
• Enter and maintain customer data, payments and notes in CRM.
• Document interactions and ensure data integrity.
