Job summary

TG Minto Corporation is seeking an Industrial Millwright to join our Maintenance Team in Palmerston, Ontario. You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot robotics, hydraulics and PLCs, and support lean, just-in-time manufacturing to minimize downtime.

We value safety, teamwork and continuous improvement. A 433A license or apprenticeship is required, with hands-on experience in injection molding facilities and related electrical systems.

Qualifications

• Millwrights must hold a 433A License or Apprenticeship for 433A.
• Repair electrical equipment including control cabinets for injection molding machines.
• Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, and robotics in a fast-paced plant.
• Proficient with PLCs and general electrical knowledge.
• Able to operate forklifts and other moving equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventive maintenance on all assigned machinery and equipment.
• Troubleshoot equipment including robotics, hydraulics, pneumatics, and PLCs.
• Maintain safe working environment and handover during shift change.
• Support Just-In-Time production to meet targets and reduce downtime.
• Maintain inventory of spare parts and contribute to continuous improvement.
