Job summary

Day of Details in Calgary is seeking a Set-up/Take Down Team Member to join as an independent contractor. The role is part-time and weekends only, with shifts in Calgary and Southern Alberta. You will help with set-up and take-down for events, ensuring timeliness and organization.

Responsibilities include coordinating decor, tables, linens, centerpieces, signage, and lighting, plus keeping spaces clean and ready for guests. Some travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Attend event venue at scheduled time and check in with team.
• Set up decor including tables, linens, centerpieces, name cards, signage and lighting as needed.
• Keep venues clean and organized during events.
• Assist in packing and loading decor at end of event.
• Travel to events as required.
