Reimagined Parking is seeking Event Staff in Calgary to support parking facilities during events. You will assist customers with payments, manage entry/exit, and help ensure smooth operations at the site.

Responsibilities include processing fees, logging passes, and preparing shift reports, while maintaining safety and orderly conditions on site. Prior experience in customer service and parking is preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong command of English; friendly and able to communicate effectively.
• Customer service experience required.
• Parking related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with how to pay for parking and with in/out process.
• Handle irate customers and resolve issues within site policies.
• Process tickets and collect parking fees; document passes in logbook.
• Prepare shift reports and sort tickets; balance cash/transactions.
