Qualifications
Minimum of 1 year of experience in accounting procedures and office administration.
Competent computer skills including Word and Excel.
Able to multi-task and demonstrate strong time-management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Three professional references required.
Evidence of a clear Police Information Check with Vulnerable Sector Search.
Responsibilities
Support with the booking process of large-scale events including payment collection and participant registration.
Coordinate logistics for events including setup and audiovisual requirements.
Prepare and distribute event requirements such as contracts and technical needs.
Liaison between departments and clients on event days.
Provide information on program offerings and emergency procedures.
Use problem-solving skills with user groups on various issues.
