Job summary

Dorset Council UK is seeking a Level 3 supervisor to join our yard team, delivering high quality daily care to a yard of the loveliest liveries, assisting with running commercial activities and events, and supporting students with weekend duties.

The successful candidate will hold the Level 3 qualification, bring enthusiasm and calm leadership, and be able to lead by example on a rotating weekend pattern.

• Level 3 qualification required.
• Experience in yard management or equestrian environments preferred.

The successful candidate will hold the relevant qualifications, have enthusiasm with level headedness, and be able to lead by example. Work pattern would be every other Saturday/Sunday 8-6 on a rota.
