Hotel Give is seeking an experienced Weekend Housekeeping Team Leader who thrives under pressure, leads by example, and takes pride in clean, high‑quality standards.

In this part‑time role (24 hours/week, weekends required), you will organise daily workload, supervise the housekeeping team, support training, and liaise with reception to coordinate arrivals and changes.

You’ll perform hands‑on tasks when needed and ensure safety and hygiene standards across guest rooms and common areas.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in a comparable accommodation or housekeeping role.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to train and develop staff.
• Must be available to work weekends.

You’ll lead the weekend housekeeping team, organise the daily workload and work alongside team members when needed. The role is part‑time, working 24 hours per week, and applicants must be available to work weekends.

Experience leading a team in a similar accommodation or housekeeping role is required, along with excellent attention to detail, strong organisational skills and confidence training and developing staff.
