Team Leader & Grounds Maintenance Operative/s required for the start of the new season (March).

Responsibilities

• Mobile round working on various multi-site commercial properties such as retail parks, supermarkets, offices, schools & colleges, parks and open spaces.
• Regular visits carrying out planned maintenance or reactive work on sites.
• Working within a small team.
• Customer service interaction is essential to ensure the client is happy with the works carried out.
• Company van and mobile iPad are provided; perform vehicle checks as required.

Qualifications

• Experience of managing a small team.
• Working independently or within a small team.
• Must have commercial grounds maintenance or landscaping experience.
• Experience using handheld power tools, such as petrol mowers, strimmers, hedge cutters, etc.
• A valid driver’s license is essential.

Permanent positions and other opportunities are available for the right candidates. £30k-£40k + based on 48hr per week pay through an annualised hours programme. Overtime may be available at a premium rate but is not guaranteed.
