PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
  1. Maintain the company website, ensuring content is up to date, including images, videos, and copy, all adhering to brand standards.
  2. Prepare for and execute pre-planned website content updates, which may occur during work hours, late evenings, or weekends.
  3. Monitor, track, and report on website performance and functionality to improve user experience and accessibility.
  4. Support the implementation of the new website, including creating and optimizing new pages.
  5. Edit and prepare website product copy and SENTALER blog content.
  6. Support and execute on-page SEO strategies, including adding keywords and meta descriptions.
  7. Create and maintain an up-to-date website content calendar.
  8. Collaborate with web developers to fix errors and bugs as needed.
  9. Assist with managing the company's digital asset library and organization.
  10. Support marketing initiatives, including CRM management, photoshoots, and events, assisting with setup and cleanup.
  11. Act as a point of contact for the operations and fulfillment teams regarding product and inventory updates.
  12. Research industry trends and best practices.
  13. Perform other administrative duties as required.
QUALIFICATIONS
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, E-commerce, Marketing, or a relevant field.
  2. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel) and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  3. Excellent communication skills, including writing, editing, and proofreading.
  4. High attention to detail with a keen eye for aesthetics and error detection.
  5. Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  6. Creative thinking, problem-solving skills, and ability to generate new ideas.
  7. Strong work ethic and time management skills.
  8. Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  9. Experience with Google Analytics, SEO, or SEM is an asset.
