Job summary

Bilinguallink is seeking a relentless Talent Acquisition Specialist based in Canada to lead the full recruitment lifecycle, from aggressive headhunting to onboarding. You will source top 1% talent for marketing, operations, and legal roles, across multiple channels, with a focus on Web3 fluency.

You will work remotely, autonomously drive hiring targets, and stay ahead of salary benchmarks in the Canadian creative/Web3 market while explaining our high-performance culture to candidates.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in fast-paced recruitment (agency or in-house).
• Experience in Tech, Marketing, or Web3 recruitment is a big plus.
• Ability to craft effective cold messages that elicit responses.

Responsibilities

• Active headhunting across LinkedIn, Twitter, Discord, and GitHub for diverse roles.
• Vetting & screening to assess technical Web3 literacy and cultural fit.
• Move candidates quickly through interview funnel to beat competition.
• Negotiate offers and communicate our high-performance culture.
• Monitor salary benchmarks and talent trends in Canada’s creative/Web3 space.
