Job summary

Rexel Canada is seeking a proactive Web Project Coordinator in Mississauga to support testing and documentation for our digital platforms. You will coordinate bug reports, contribute to Confluence content, and help manage small web projects from discovery to go-live.

The role offers exposure to testing, documentation, and cross‑functional collaboration with HQ teams and Canadian banners in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in web or mobile app testing, QA, UAT, or bug reporting.
• Experience coordinating digital, web, software, or technology-related projects.
• Experience creating and maintaining documentation, knowledge bases, user guides, or training content.
• Familiarity with Confluence or a similar documentation platform.
• Strong understanding of functional testing, regression testing, and release testing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and French.

Responsibilities

• Test webshops and mobile apps, document issues with steps, expected vs. actual results, and media as needed.
• Coordinate bug resolution with HQ teams and support release testing.
• Maintain a clear Confluence knowledge base and generate user guides, training content, and release notes.
