Job summary

Rexel Canada in Mississauga is seeking a proactive Web Project Coordinator to support testing, documentation, and small project delivery for webshops and mobile apps. You will coordinate QA, bug reporting, and UAT, while building and maintaining Confluence knowledge bases and release notes.

Qualifications

• Experience in web or mobile app testing, QA, UAT, or bug reporting.
• Experience coordinating digital, web, software, or technology projects.
• Experience creating and maintaining documentation, knowledge bases, user guides, or training content.
• Familiarity with Confluence or a similar platform.
• Strong understanding of functional, regression, release testing, and issue documentation.
• Excellent written and verbal English and French communication.

Responsibilities

• Perform functional, regression, usability, and cross-device testing of webshops and mobile apps.
• Coordinate production-release testing before new features, enhancements, and fixes are released.
• Execute test scenarios and document results clearly and consistently.
• Identify, reproduce, document, and raise bugs or issues for HQ product, service management, and development teams.
• Provide clear steps to reproduce issues, expected results, actual results, screenshots, videos, and relevant information.
• Prioritize and communicate issues based on impact to customers and operations.
• Verify fixes and perform regression testing to ensure issues are resolved.
• Support UAT planning, coordination, execution, and sign-off.
• Monitor recurring issues and identify usability or process improvements.
• Maintain testing documentation, test cases, checklists, and release validation records.
