Manuvie in Toronto is seeking an energetic sales leader to coach Licensed Financial Consultants within Wealth and Retirement, driving client retention and asset growth. You will lead, coach, and motivate a high-performing team while delivering strong sales results in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

As a senior leader, you will monitor pipelines, coach on conversations, and partner with internal stakeholders to execute strategic initiatives and hit revenue targets.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of leadership experience in financial services or related sales environment.
• Proven success leading a sales team and delivering results.
• Strong coaching, mentoring, and performance management skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management abilities.
• Strong business judgment and use of performance data to drive action.
• Ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders and partners.
• Passion for putting customers first and improving financial outcomes.

Responsabilités

• Inspire, coach, and develop Licensed Financial Consultants to achieve sales and service objectives.
• Lead a telephone-based wealth sales team focused on retaining assets and offering financial solutions.
• Monitor pipelines, opportunities, and activity to drive growth and retention.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop high-calibre sales professionals; collaborate with L&D.
