Job summary

RBC in Toronto seeks a Director to drive the development and articulation of the RBC Wealth Management segment strategy. You will work with WM BU Heads to shape and align BU strategies and deliver strategic advice to senior leaders through research and analysis.

You will lead analyses, synthesize findings, and draft presentations, partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure growth strategies are well developed and aligned with enterprise priorities.

Qualifications

• Experience in management consulting or similar
• Strong critical thinking and structured storytelling skills
• Exceptional data analysis and synthesis abilities to address business issues
• Demonstrated financial acumen and ability to model financial drivers
• Experience with new/digital business models is a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide strategy development and advisory support at the WM segment level and BU level
• Lead qualitative and quantitative analyses to address strategic issues for RBC WM
• Draft presentations for senior leaders and drive strategic reviews with cross-functional teams
• Identify opportunities to deliver greater value to clients and RBC by tracking market trends and outside-in thinking
