BMO Financial Group seeks a senior leader to define and execute the strategy for investment products, managed accounts, and advisory platforms in Canada. You will drive market research, pricing, governance, and lifecycle management to optimize profitability and client outcomes.

You will work with cross-functional teams to implement strategic initiatives, manage risks, and ensure compliant execution while shaping the advisor and client experience across wealth platforms.

Qualifikationen

• Typically 7+ years of relevant experience and a post-secondary degree in a related field.
• Completion of investment certifications (e.g., CIM, CFA, MBA or comparable credential).
• Experience owning investment products, managed account programs, advisory platforms, investment platforms, or portfolio solutions.
• Proven ability to define product strategy, develop business cases, and execute strategic roadmaps.
