Qualifikationen

• Post-secondary degree, preferably in Business Administration.
• 10+/12+ years of progressive experience in strategy, transformation or leadership.
• Advising EVP/SVP-level executives on strategy, governance and priorities.
• Lead complex, cross-functional mandates with enterprise dependencies.
• Deep understanding of wealth management drivers, risk and operating model considerations.
• Experience establishing governance routines, executive reporting and KPIs.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders in a matrixed environment.
• Strong people leadership across Director/Senior Manager levels.
• Ability to connect strategy to execution through change management.
• Executive presence, discretion and navigating confidential matters.
