• Post-secondary degree, preferably in Business Administration.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in strategy, transformation, wealth management or financial services.
• Experience advising EVP/SVP-level executives on strategy, governance and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide strategy and transformation initiatives with measurable outcomes.
• Provide executive reporting, governance routines and performance insights.
• Partner with senior leaders to align strategic priorities with risk, client, employee and financial goals.
• Drive change management and communication across Global Wealth Management and enterprise functions.
• Build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders to enable execution and accountability.
