Kibbi is seeking a chemical technician to monitor instruments, measure and load ingredients, and record production data in a dynamic plant setting. The role involves startup/shutdown activities, troubleshooting, and routine maintenance support to ensure smooth operations.

Ideal candidates have College/CEGEP level education in chemistry and about 2–3 years of related experience, with strong attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols.

Qualifications

• College/CEGEP education in chemistry or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in a chemical production environment.
• General chemistry knowledge.

Responsabilités

• Monitor instruments on one or more chemical formulation units.
• Measure, weigh and load chemical ingredients following formulation cards.
• Record production information.
• Start up, shut down and troubleshoot equipment.
• Assist in operation, repair and maintenance.
• Monitor equipment to detect wear and damage.
• Complete and maintain plant logs and reports.
