Job summary

Kibbi in Delta, BC is seeking a dedicated worker for a permanent, full-time role in a food processing environment. You will perform basic tasks such as measuring ingredients, food safety handling, transporting materials, and assisting machine operators.

Qualifications

• Secondary/high school graduation required.
• Food Safety Certificate preferred or required.
• 1–2 years of experience in food production beneficial.
• English work environment; basic communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Food safety/handling tasks following standard procedures.
• Transport raw materials, finished products and packaging materials.
• Measure and dump ingredients into hoppers of mixing and grinding machines.
• Feed flattened boxes into forming machines to construct containers.
• Remove filled containers from conveyors.
• Manually pack goods into bags and boxes or other containers.
• Feed and unload processing machines.
• Check products and packaging for basic quality defects.
• Assist process control and machine operators in performing their duties.
• Clean machines and immediate work areas.
