Job summary

Stantec’s Waterloo office is seeking a Project Manager to lead our Community Development team. You will manage scope, budget, schedule and quality across large multi-disciplinary civil engineering projects, from pursuit through design, approvals and construction, while mentoring engineers and technicians and coordinating with clients and sub-consultants.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in a Civil Engineering designation.
• Licensed as a Professional Engineer in Ontario is considered an asset.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in consulting project management and business development.

Responsibilities

• Manage scope, budget, schedule and quality of deliverables for large multi-disciplinary projects from due diligence to post-construction.
• Lead and mentor engineers and technologists; oversee design coordination and submission deliverables.
• Coordinate with clients, sub-consultants, contractors and vendors; lead project meetings and develop project specifications.
