Job summary

The role includes business development, client relationship management, and coordinating from pursuit through construction. You will lead design for land development, coordinate submissions, and ensure quality deliverables, while driving team performance and innovation.

Qualifications

• Requires 5+ years of experience in consulting project management and business development.
• Licensed Professional Engineer in Ontario is considered an asset.
• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering required.

Responsibilities

• Manage scope, budget, schedule and quality for multi-disciplinary projects.
• Lead engineers, technologists and staff, providing mentorship.
• Develop project scope, budgets and design approaches for varied project sizes.
• Lead marketing efforts, pursuits, proposals, and client relationship management.
• Coordinate project deliverables from concept through construction and closeout.
