Job summary

Stantec seeks a Project Manager to lead water and wastewater projects across Southern Ontario. You will guide design, construction, and commissioning, while managing budgets, schedules, and client relationships.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in water/wastewater, a Civil/Environmental/Chemical Engineering background, and a Professional Engineer license or eligibility within 12 months. Hybrid work options available in Ontario.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Civil, Environmental or Chemical Engineering.
• Professional engineer license or eligibility within 12 months.
• Minimum 10+ years of water and wastewater experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and construction oversight of water and wastewater facilities.
• Manage project scope, budget, schedule, and client relationships.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and mentor junior staff.
• Prepare proposals and support business development.
