CIMA+ invites applications for a Project Engineer to support municipal water infrastructure projects. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to meet client expectations and project objectives, while upholding safety and quality standards within a dynamic, privately owned Canadian firm.

The role offers hybrid work with flexible hours across Markham, Mississauga, Kitchener or London offices, and the chance to grow into project management or technical leadership.

Qualifications

• B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Engineering from an accredited university.
• Eligible for or registered as a Professional Engineer in Ontario.
• Strong technical background in water and wastewater systems.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the project management and delivery of municipal water and wastewater projects.
• Lead technical work packages on multidisciplinary projects.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary project teams.
• Plan, organize, and coordinate work with technical teams to meet scope, schedule, budget, quality, health and safety.
• Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and performance metrics.
• Prepare invoices and support project financial tracking.
• Communicate proactively with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Build and maintain client relationships.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior staff and designers.
• Support business development with technical components for proposals.
