Qualifications

• Water Treatment Level III is required.
• Water Treatment Level IV must be obtained within 18 months of filling the position.
• Water Distribution, Wastewater Treatment and collection certification is considered an asset.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and guides assigned team members, plans workload, and ensures fair management and adherence to work processes.
• Participates in development, improvement, and implementation of departmental strategies and guidelines; contributes to business plans and budget.
• Maintains communication with external agencies, prepares reports for regulatory bodies, and ensures compliance with environmental and safety standards.
