Job summary

Lock Search Group is seeking a Technical Sales & Estimation Project Lead for water management and site decontamination in the Greater Vancouver area. You will develop technical water solutions, prepare accurate estimates, and own pricing systems across RFQs/RFPs, collaborating with Sales, Operations, Finance, and Technical Services.

The role emphasizes profitability, bid accuracy, and continuous improvement of estimating processes, with remote-friendly, hybrid work options.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field; PM or environmental certs are a plus.
• Experience estimating in construction or environmental projects with water management focus.
• Strong Excel-based costing, pricing, and estimating model development.

Responsibilities

• Engage with contractors and stakeholders to tailor water management solutions.
• Review drawings, specs, environmental reports, and bid docs for accurate estimates.
• Manage opportunities through award, evaluating risks, exclusions, and profitability.
• Own estimating models, pricing tools, and supporting documentation for accuracy.
• Develop proposals and maintain strong customer relationships through technical expertise.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Finance, and Technical Services to win work.
• Set and improve estimating best practices across water divisions.
