Our client is a specialty water management and environmental services provider supporting construction, industrial, infrastructure, and resource projects across Canada. They have retained Cameron Lappin from the Lock Search Group to partner in their search to bring on a Technical Sales & Estimation Project Lead to join their BC team. The Technical Sales & Estimation Project Lead will be responsible for developing technical water solutions specifically for site decontamination for the construction industry, preparing accurate estimates and quotations, and providing customers with solutions to complex water management challenges. The role will support new project opportunities while serving as the internal owner of estimating and pricing systems. This involves ensuring RFQs and RFPs remain accurate, scalable, and aligned with business objectives. Working closely with Sales, Operations, Technical Services, Finance, and external partners, this position will help secure profitable projects while continuously improving estimating and pricing processes.
