Job Details

We are seeking a professional, motivated, and experienced Warranty Technician to join our team. You will work directly under the Warranty Manager to provide exemplary warranty service to homeowners.

Who You Are

You are highly organized, positive, flexible, and excel in customer service. You possess extensive knowledge of construction practices and home repair, enjoy problem-solving, and can adapt to changing priorities. You are self-motivated, focused, and work well independently while supporting the construction team.

What You Will Do

• Communicate warranty program and expectations to homeowners
• Investigate issues and respond courteously and promptly to inquiries
• Resolve deficiencies timely and within budget
• Coordinate scheduling of trades for warranty work
• Perform light carpentry, paint touch-ups, and minor repairs
• Maintain accurate customer files and database

Qualifications – Must Have

• 3+ years of experience in new home construction or renovations
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to manage high-priority requests and adapt to change
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Conflict resolution abilities
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
• Valid Class 5 driver’s license and reliable vehicle

Nice to Have

• Warranty technician experience in residential construction
