Job summary

Charger logistics, based in Brampton, is expanding as a team-minded organization that values growth and initiative. As a Maintenance Analyst, you will work with Safety, Shop and Warehouse teams to ensure warranty claims are processed accurately and efficiently.

You will analyze transaction history, reconcile data, and prepare weekly and monthly reports while maintaining claim records and communicating status to the service manager.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary diploma in Business, Supply Chain or equivalent.
• Inventory management experience is an asset.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in MS Office.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Review completed truck repairs for warranty coverage.
• Submit warranty claims through manufacturers' website and follow up.
• Track damaged inventory for reimbursement or credit.
• Review warranty repair orders for accuracy and legibility.
• Check repair orders against service history to avoid duplicates.
• Maintain records of all claims and current status.
• Provide a daily report to the service manager regarding claims status.
• Prepare claims for immediate resubmission if returned/rejected.
