Job summary

Agropur Cooperative is seeking a Warehousing Purchasing and Billing Analyst in Etobicoke, ON. The role focuses on managing POs, invoicing, budgeting, and cost control within the distribution center.

Reporting to the MDC Director, you will monitor transactions in Coupa, assist with forecasts and variances, and produce KPI reports to drive cost efficiency while maintaining service levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years in supply chain, logistics, operations, or finance admin.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, macros) with Power BI, VBA.
• Experience with Coupa and ERP/workforce systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage purchase orders (POs) and related invoicing.
• Coordinate budgeting, forecasts, and variances with site leadership.
• Monitor Coupa transactions and perform month-end closings and reconciliations.
• Prepare and distribute operational KPIs and financial reports for warehouse leadership.
• Support payroll submissions and timekeeping reconciliation; assist with labor planning.
• Provide backup for scheduling and SOP development; assist with process improvements.
