Job summary

Elby Professional Recruitment is partnering with a fast-paced distribution client in Canada seeking a Pricing & Procurement Analyst to own pricing and procurement processes and drive efficiency across the business. You will manage pricing, support vendor and customer relationships, and use ERP tools and advanced Excel to improve data integrity and reporting in a hands-on, entrepreneurial environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of pricing, procurement, or related experience.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Support the sales and procurement functions by helping manage priorities, resolve issues, and improve overall workflow efficiency.
• Oversee and maintain pricing processes, working across customer, vendor, and specialty pricing requirements.
• Help ensure the accuracy and integrity of sales and operational data, identifying and resolving discrepancies as needed.
• Support vendor management and sourcing initiatives, including identifying opportunities to strengthen the supplier network.
• Identify and implement opportunities to improve processes, systems, and reporting through effective use of ERP tools and Excel.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience
• Advanced Excel skills and experience working with ERP systems; strong technical aptitude and confidence working with data and systems.
• Highly analytical and detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Experience working with pricing, inventory, or related commercial functions is highly valued.
